Requirements
Passion for the UK R&B/Neo-Soul/Jazz music scene. (highly favourable but not required)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment.
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset.
