Neo Music is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Stage Manager to join our team. As a Stage Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of live and virtual events, ensuring seamless and successful performances. This position involves working closely with artists, production teams, and event organisers to execute events that align with Neo Music's brand and enhance the audience experience.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience as a Stage Manager, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
Familiarity with live and virtual event production.
Organisational Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects of an event simultaneously.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with artists, production teams, and event staff.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
